“This is a great video and a great workout. I normally drop workout programs
after the first couple of times but I have been doing Cardio Kung Fu
for almost two months and don’t intend to stop. I have already started
feeling my arms and legs toning up and my endurance is greatly improving.
The video is a lot of fun and with the instructional section it is really
easy to follow. I also like the length of the workout. My whole body feels
completely worked out and I like the time dedicated to my abs and thighs.
